• 20 gauge galvanized, 22 gauge white pre-painted steel or 20 gauge stainless steel cladding

• 1 1/2 HP TEFC motor with sealed for life worm gear reducer rated for 2 HP motor.
• Adjustable torque limiter
• Adjustable open speed up to 65"/sec double slide, 36" single slide
• Adjustable close speed - Normally 1/2 to 2/3 of open speed
• Adjustable soft start (1/10 of a second increments)

• Ramp to stop. No mechanical brake is required. Ramping time is adjustable to suit style and weight of door panels

• Back-up open and close timers - if door is not fully open or closed in 10 seconds, the operator shuts down. A lighted reset button is provided on the control box cover
• Pullcord reverse - Pullcord switch or other activating control reverses a closing door to full open position
• Pause on reverse - Should door reverse due to pullcord switch, safety edge, loop detector or other safety control, door pauses and then reverses. This removes all stress related to instant reverses
• Time delay close adjustable up to 30 seconds with auto/manual selector switch on control box cover
• LED's to show if open or close limit activated, safety edge is activated or too sensitive and if timer and power are on
• Cycle counter - 6 digit non-resettable to monitor door usage
• Breaker - 15 amp 2 or 3 pole proved inside control box
• Safety edge - Pneumatic type, adjustable sensitivity
• Limit switch - Nema 12, fully adjustable for open and close, 24 VDC for safety
• Power requirements 240/480 and 600 Volt 3 phase. 208 to 240 volt single phase is available on special order
